Follow step by step how to Setup all practice details
Editing practice name, contact, address
To navigate to your practice settings, click Settings :
  • You'll see the Settings landing page first
  • Click on Practice settings
  • Edit Practice logo, name, description, contact, address under this tab.
  • Once done click Save
Adding and editing appointment locations
Navigate to Practice settings :
  • Switch tabs to Locations
  • Click Add New
- It will open the Add location modal.
- Enter the details as needed.
- Check the Make default location checkbox if you wish to make this location default for all appointments.
- Click Add Location
  • To edit location details click the Edit button next to an existing appointment location.
  • It will open the Edit Location modal.
  • Edit details as needed.
  • Click Save
Adding and Editing Services
Navigate to Practice settings
  • Switch tabs to Services.
  • Click Add New
It will open the Add Service modal.
  • Choose the CPT codes and enter the Fees for the same.
  • Check the Make default service checkbox if you wish to make this service default for all appointments.
  • Click Add Service.
  • To Enable / Disable a Service use the switch next to the pencil icon.
  • To edit services Click the Pencil  icon next to an existing service.
  • It will open the Edit Service modal.
  • Edit details as needed.
  • Click Save
