Follow step by step how to Manage your Appointments
Scheduling a new client appointment
To create a new appointment:
- Navigate to the Sidebar
- Click Create > Create appointment - Alternatively click on a timeslot in the calendar to create and appointment
- On the New Appointment flyout, select an existing client profile from the dropdown menu or click     + add client to add a new client
  • Set the date, time, and duration of the appointment
  • Select a Location from the dropdown menu if you have multiple practice locations, If this is a telehealth appointment, select the Telehealth: Video location.
  • Update the Service code from the services dropdown menu and adjust the Fee as required.
  • Click Create appointment.
Editing an appointment
To edit existing appointments: Navigate to the Calendar Select the appointment you need to edit
It will open the appointment info flyout. Click edit.
Edit the appointment details as needed Click Update appointment.
Cancelling an appointment
To cancel an existing appointments: Navigate to the Calendar Select the appointment you need to cancel
It will open the appointment info flyout. Click Cancel appointment
Click Yes on the confirmation modal to cancel the appointment.
