The AI Receptionist is $0.05 a minute (0.5 AI credit). Intake Concierge is $0.99 a client (10 AI credits). Notes Compliance is $0.49 a note (5 AI credits). Utilization Review is $2 a review (20 AI credits).
One AI credit is $0.10. Bigger jobs cost more AI credits. Use them across any AI agent and to build your own agents in Custom AI Studio. New practices get 1,000 free AI credits. Top up AI credits in increments of $20 (200 AI credits) or $100 (1,000 AI credits). They never expire.
Yes. Agents and billing work with the Omnipractice EHR or any other EHR. On another EHR, agents work through your web browser and a Chrome extension. You can move to the Omnipractice EHR later, and we move your data for free.
Your claims are worked by billers averaging 10+ years of experience. AI handles the routine work, and your billers handle denials, appeals and claims that stall. You pay 3.85% of what we collect. The full bundle (billing service, Premium EHR, all agents and unlimited AI) is 4.85%. Practices with 10+ providers get custom pricing.
